Membership packages

Individual Membership
Includes the use of our entire facility and classes. 

Couple Membership
Special discounts are available for couples who occupy the same residence.  This includes all of the benefits of an individual membership at a discounted price.  (Must be 18 years or older)

Family Membership
Get in shape together! Special family memberships are available.

Corporate Membership
A healthy and energized workforce will improve productivity and overall satisfaction. A corporate membership is an inexpensive benefit that you can offer employees. 

Aerobics Only Membership
This membership is only for our aerobic classes.  Take as many classes you want for a special rate.  This does not include use of any of the other gym equipment, or cardio equipment. 
 
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is available to everyone.  Members of our facility get a 20% discount on all massages.  Packages are also available.


Personal Training is available for an additional fee.



                                            

We also offer T-shirts for sale

T-shirts are $10.00 each plus tax.  You must also pay shipping if you would like them mailed to you.  Womens come in light blue, purple and peach.  Mens come in burgandy and navy blue.
