Cardio Sculpt
Great cardio workout at a pace that even beginners can keep.
     
          


Turbo Kick
Turbo Kick is a fusion of hip hop and kickboxing.  It is a total body workout that is designed to make you sweat.



Kick Boxing
A total body workout that totally kicks but.

Ab Buster
Strengthen your core with cardio and weight training all in one.


Boot Camp
Get it all, cardio, core, muscle strengthening and endurance.  Instructors help you through all the exercises and ensure a full body workout. 


Zumba

Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award-winning producers, and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive.



Pilates
Improve your flexibility, stamina, circulation, and coordination through Pilates. All levels are welcome. Pilates helps to support whole-body functioning as well strength and endurance.



Step  Sculpt
Strengthen your lower body and improve cardio endurance using step. Especially helpful for toning legs and calves.  This class is half Step and half Pilates.


Yoga
Mind, body & spirit.  A peaceful method to increase flexibility, coordination, strength, and endurance.



Body Toning
A great way to strengthen your entire body with resistance training in a classroom.  Learn how to tone your muscles with resistance training and learn the proper form for exercising with weights, bands, balls etc.



Body Hoop Fitness
Develop core strength, tone and strengthen the major muscle groups of the body, develop more balance and coordination, define your waistline, burn fat and have fun.



Belly Dancing
Belly dancing is a great fun way to to shake off that belly fat. If you are looking for a new way to lose belly fat, and are feeling adventurous come join us for a very fun time.



Personal Training
Work with one of our certified personal trainers one-on-one or within small groups for a personalized workout aimed at meeting your fitness goals. Each session with your trainer will be personalized to take you to a new level in your fitness program to get the results you want with the knowledge you need. 
Personal Trainers can help by:
  - Assisting and supporting the design of an appropriate workout plan
  - Teaching you the proper way to decrease body fat and increase muscle
